I think there is a bug at the new site regarding the doubling cube..I've played Crawford games where the doubling cube should be disabled yet on the new site it will let you choose to double and then display a message "waiting for opponent" meanwhile our own clock ticks down to zero? Please check..the doubling cube should not be selectable in the Crawford rule situation..Tks

Now and then I can't select players to play them? It's not all the time and is always a game for TX. If I switch to the old site I can select and play that person? Let me know what else I can provide?

Attached is a screenshot..if I try to select summersover to play for 35TX nothing happens..I can select any other player and get a game board..and If I switch to old site I can select and play summersover Ohh if you provide that link again I can post the screenshot..Tks

I think another bug on new site..now and then I try to click to play someone and nothing happens...it seems random and doesn't happen all the time..I think it has always been a ticket game but not sure...if I go back to old site I can click on same player and play so I'm not blocked or anything like that? Let me know what else I can provide? Tks

I wonder if that table had a temporary 'X' option (invitation-only). Please post your screenshot at postimage.org and copy/paste the resulting link to it here or to Contact Us.

Although we could not reproduce the error you described, we have made a change in functionality that should have eliminated the error in showing of a Ticket game table. Joining a Ticket game produces an intermediate dialog window with Terms & Conditions, etc.
You may have an ad-blocker that may occasionally interfere with the above.
Please retry and see if the error had disappeared and please let us know.

I got that error again on the new site see attached images: 153: https://i.postimg.cc/1trQ7L1n/Screenshot-(153).png Clicked to play Marathan on new site and nothing..no message I'm blocked or anything..just dead 154 https://i.postimg.cc/fb3yFW8j/Screenshot-(154).png Logout of new site--login to old site and select Marathan..accept the terms and conditions and we are playing Hope this helps..

Unfortunately we cannot reproduce this error in multiple web browsers.
How often does this error happen?
When you say nothing is happening when you try to join the table, could the dialog window with Terms and Conditions be hiding behind the lobby window? Try Alt-tab to see all windows.
Do you happen to have a popup blocker and if so, which one?
Which web browser are you using & have you tried using alternative web browsers: Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome
Please let us know.

OK Np this is infrequent every now and them so not a big deal I'll try the alt-tab if happens again I'm using Edge Dpnt have a pop up running will let you know more later

It just happened again with Marathan..Alt Tab did not reveal any hidden windows..I jumped to Chrome but Marathan had left..will let you know if it happens again

It happened again today Bowemanine..switched to old site and won the game I think 3 or 4 times today? If you cant recreate I'll just live with it..maybe just me..

Thanks very much for your testing! We were able to reproduce the occasional error with Ticket tables and will credit 20 Tickets to your account.
We will fix the error by Jan 20
